Modeling is a crucial step in the manufacturing of an item, requiring skills and specific product experience.

This marks the onset of the industrial phase. The concept and sketch by the designer are digitized, while measurements and technical specifications are formalized.

Prototyping then allows for checking the assembly and technical feasibility of the item on industrial machines.

Quality control

Internally, our teams wear the prototypes to assess the comfort and fit of the item. Once the prototype is approved, trial runs are conducted on the production line to validate their industrial feasibility.
